Trading Conditions Geoaventura
– The reservation of the services mentioned in our proposals will only be confirmed by sending customers confirmation of the same by e-mail (geral@geoaventura.pt); – Accommodation reservations are dependent on availability at the Hotel Units. – Adjudication of the described, any change can cause new value to be budgeted and depends on the possibility of response by the Geoaventura; – Cancellation within 48 hours of the action implies the payment of 50% of the budget; – The insurance is not activated if the participants are intoxicated or under the influence of narcotics or other drugs or toxic products not prescribed by a doctor; – The company is not responsible for any damage or accident that occurred during the program or activity, which is not covered by insurance required by law; – The activities previously budgeted will be guided / monitored by Monitors of the Geoaventura. – The budgeted values are considered for the minimum number of participants indicated in each program and do not include VAT at the legal rate. – Definitive list of participants to activate insurance (name and date of birth) – To be sent by e-mail (geral@geoaventura.pt) up to 48 hours before. – Offer of the program chosen to the group organizer for groups of more than 15 people (does not include food and accommodation). Form of payment : 30% before the activity (via bank transfer – NIB: 0035.0210.0001.9126.5306.4 70% after the activity (up to 30 days). Geoaventura considers the final list sent to the insurance company as definitive, so the absence of participants on the day of the activity implies the payment of 50% of the contracted rate.
